    Goal requests delayed

    When I request parts from my neighbors for goals, they are delayed by 24 hours (besides Stormie). I asked my neighbors: some are receiving the requests with no delay, and some aren't receiving them at all. I send out requests to all my neighbors in the morning, and don't get any parts back until the next morning. Help?
