    Is there a way I can talk to support about these surveys?

    I'm doing things and not getting the gems? Trying to understand how to reach support.

    The Free Gem offers that have the drop down menu in the upper right of the screen are not offered by Storm8 but another company called Fyber. This means you'll have to go through Fyber Support if you have any unresolved issues, s8 won't be able to offer any help.

    There are various things that can interfere with getting the gems, I know I've seen threads on it, but I can't seem to find one of those threads at the moment. I was, however, able to find a FAQ on the issue in the CS forum, it was created by a Mod so all of the information and tips provided in the link will be relevant and useful: https://forums.storm8.com/showthread...=1#post1552146
