my account disapear

Yesterday, i instal dragon story from playstore, after that my phone directly loggin to my old account, the level is 39 i think. After play i close the game. When i open the game again, the game start from the first level, i follow the step until lv 3. When i try loggin my old account, i find the account, but the level same as the new game i play. I dont know way. After that i click processed transfer game. And the game show the new game with level 3. But, my neighboor in the account same with the old account, i dont know how to repair this bug
