Thanks for all the well wishes, just got power back today in time for work. The real fun begins after.... Cleaning up after days without power, lol.

I agree with basically everything posted thus far. Namely:

Why is the goal prize so removed from the main goal theme? There are other crystal themed decos in RS and BS from years past that could've easily been offered instead.

Why is this goal so heavily reliant on the Ice Cream Maker? I feel we've all shared our negative opinions on this in previous goals and the fact that they continue to try to use it is insulting. It gives the appearance the team is either not paying attention to the response of their customer base or they just don't care. Neither is a good look for a company.

Why didn't they use the Starship Stove? Seems obvious to most of us, and makes me think the team doesn't play their own games, lol. And while on that subject, the relation between crystals and space seems tangential at best. Why not offer more crystal themed recipes as well?

I really hope the next 6 day goal is more thoughtful in regards to both the goal itself and the player experience.

Anniras, I have gone without power after a storm, too, and it stinks. Glad yours is back and hope you are all well.

The ice thing was in a RA Ice themed goal years ago. I am actually glad to get it. I am locked out of my Restaurant and would like to use it here in wintertime. But it does not mesh with a space theme, I agree.
