Restaurant Story

Pleas help, some of my items, decoration displays, some tables, chairs, stoves, food counters, food on the counters have all disappeared, but when I tap the area where it was in my restaurant, the only thing I see is a yellow outline of the item, when I visit some neighbors I can't leave tips because some of their tables are invisible and that causes my 4 star level to drop, my walls were disappearing as well, but since reappeared, I reported it twice to Storm8 they are currently unavailable, what do I do? This happened months ago and Storm8 fixed it then, anyone else has this problem, it just started December 23,2017

It sounds like you might have an image cache or internet connectivity problem. Please try the following:

1. Check that your internet connection is stable
2. If your game is open, close it.
3. On your phone, navigate to Settings > Applications > Restaurant Story (the pathway may be different for your phone, but you're essentially trying to get to the application settings for the game)
4. You should have the option to 'Clear Cache'. Select this option.
5. Again, making sure your internet is stable, reopen your game.

Upon reopening, you may have to wait a few minutes for things in your restaurant to 'materialize' - clearing your cache essentially resets the images in your game, so they will all need to load when your game opens again. An unstable internet connection could interrupt this process and cause some images to remain 'invisible'.

You can also visit your neighbors to check if their restaurants are also properly loading. Hope this helps!

Please someone can help? Some of my itens are missing. I tried to submit a ticket , but my ticket was closed without an answer and the message "We have limited support services for Restaurant Story and will not be able to respond to individual requests. We apologize for the inconvenience." So what happens now? My itens are really missing from my design tab and not invisible.

Please PM me (link in signature) with your ticket number and as many details as you can about which items are missing, and screenshots if you can. I'll try and help you out

I don't know if your problem has been fixed but am just putting it out there on the forum that I've encountered this issue before, and my 'invisible' items became visible again after I freed up some space on my phone (i.e. my 'invisible' items were caused by a full phone memory/lack of space on my device).
