So, if I?m following this- there is forest wisp essence (green) and wisp essence (yellow). I was following everyone?s suggestions and just kept getting the wrong essence. I?ll try some of your suggestions below and thanks very much! Was almost ready to quit after lots of years playing this game.

Good afternoon! I have asked so many people about how to collect wisp essence to create enchanted lanterns and haven?t heard anything that works. I was able to collect it for a while, but now only get forest wisp essence. All suggestions are appreciated!

After force closing/rebooting and opening my game, it is set back to the beginning Level 1!!!! I'm level 50 and this also happened to my Dragon Story game. I'm afraid to try and open Fantasy Forest. Should I delete and reinstall? Have you ever heard of this happening?

It started again today my pilot fairy, news stand stopped dropping trade tickets. And now my exchange building stopped doing them as well did realize that until this evening. Is there a set amount you can have before turning them into expansion tickets?

Hi I have a question maybe you can answer or find out. Before the double trade tickets drop in the exchange building. My fairy pilot every 8 hrs dropped trade tickets and my news stand every 12 dropped them as well . Now they don’t. The game has been glitching and someone on the last ICM thread said programmers were adding code to fix the lockout. Will they be dropping trade tickets again the fairy and newsstand?

I was able to play Castle Story earlier today but now I just keep getting the ?check your internet connection?. I can go to any other site, just not CS so my connection is fine.
Any suggestions?
I use an iPhone 6 and I?ve never had any access issues with this phone.

Hello, playing the current quest ?Tis only a game. My sword & shield I forged is missing from my inventory. So now I can?t forge the Shadowbane Armor without it. Any advice? I submitted a ticket to support but quest will be over by the time they reply in 5-7 days. Thank you for your help! My storm8 ID is priscilla1128

Pls what can I do ? Very angry as when I went to pressed GO to get grub tree the game froze for a sec n shut down . When I open again there was this cluster thingy which has nothing to do with the game and 50 gems where gone. I did not buy such a thing as gems r expensive to buy can't afford to be spoilt on garbage items.
