Pop-up for Fashion Story: Mermaid Cove disappeared

I got the pop-up to install Fashion Story: Mermaid Cove in my games last week. My device has insufficient space and I wasn't able to download it, but the timer on the goal was for 16 days so I thought I'd be able to download it this weekend after clearing some space on my device.

However, I can no longer see the goal to download on the clipboard. Was it prematurely removed?
