Not my current design, but since Bakery Story is going through New York-themed goals right now, I thought of posting this in case anyone might want inspiration for a city-type design This was my restaurant back in September 2015, following the release of the New York City goals in Restaurant Story.





Like most people, I wish the Statue of Liberty had been bigger... but I confess, it was the perfect size to incorporate into my design



High rise buildings, made from dividers



"Taxis" bustling down the busy streets... but leaving enough room for pedestrians to cross



It was hard to incorporate appliances into this theme, so I was really happy that the Pretzel Stands and Hot Dog Stands could stand on their own without looking like they had to be in a kitchen. I eventually put appliances in the "windows" of my middle building - hopefully they looked like NYC's apartment air conditioning units

I tried to make the menu as New York-themed as possible, too - I ended up serving only hot dogs, pretzels, and pizza. Hope you all enjoy the design
