I just found this out the hard way! I’m thinking of just deleting it
What does it do? I googled it and can't find anything on a sapphire oven.

You have a limited time to build it once you buy it. When it is built though the time you have is unlimited. if it is like the Ruby oven. each step gives you exclusive themed items but not free you buy them also noticed the sapphire blue knob and sapphire red knob are not amongst parts you can gift

Some of my neighbors are saying 35 gems, 25 gems and the best is 15 gems! Ridiculous.
it's too much cost and also ask so much for request to be able to put a stove, come down a little, you're very strong with us.
I'll flag this and the price discrepancy over just in case - thank you for reporting.
If there are other discrepancies regarding this appliance or its related goal, please post in this thread or feel free to PM me or another Mod.
My two cents on the prizes: it looks like, as with the Ruby Oven goal, the recipes and prizes for the Sapphire Oven goal set are also recolors of previous recipes and objects. I'm rather disappointed by that - I'd be much more incentivized to initiate the goal and buy the appliance if the prizes were new, especially considering the asking price of each appliance
