Turn the wheel to the rainbowpaths before you spin it. Helps me most of the time

I am stuck on Chapter 9 Act 1. My Curio Dragon is at Level 15 but it won't let me pass Act 1 (get Curio to lvl14). They really need to fix these bugs.

. I forced close. Didn't work. I shut down phone and restarted didn't work. I uninstalled app and reinstalled didn't work.
