Have you checked the gallery on your device?
You may also want to get your granddaughter to check that the game has permission to access and save to your gallery.

You will need to enable game permissions to access your photos; you can enable this in the Privacy Settings of your device.Originally Posted by publicspeaker
Once you have permissions enabled, after taking a game photo, you can find it in your Photos album.
