Yeah, my 2nd acct at level 44 has 15 now. 3 wooden beams and 3 stone blocks each.

How did you get to 15? I'm level 50 and the game isn't letting me have more than 11

Are you by any chance missing some? Check your inventory for different levels, maybe.

There is a limit on the total number of town buildings you can have. I'm not sure what that number is. Why don't you try selling a farmhouse and see if you can then build another cottage.

Total limit of 40 town buildings. Refer to the building guide in The Hub subforum to see which building types this covers, but briefly: cottage, farmhouse, market place, tavern, windmill.

Yep, I was just going to say..... Because I have 19 on this account now. Guess it's time to sell some farmhouses. Lol just not going to sell my level 5 farmhouses.

Edit: sold 6 farmhouses and still can't build anymore. Guess I'll try rebooting.

I increased from 10 to 20 and haven't got to the cap yet but think that's enough.
