One quick question though about the bungalows. So, we get one from them, but the 2/2 Beagle Buddy quest wants us to do the whole toy thing 3 times, so unless I use gems for 2 more bungalows...I'm pretty much stuck right here on this particular quest. Correct?

the first bungalow gives you 25 gems so you can buy a second bungalow, then the third bungalow is the prize for completing step 2, so you only need the 25 gems total for all three.

quick question: does the mother goose quest appear after the bungalow quest? or after we reach step "x" of the main quest? i'm on step 3/9 and decided to hold off on buying the 3rd bungalow, so just curious when i'm see her. thanx

She is part of a side goal that appears when you reach goal 5 (if I remember correctly) pf the main quest. You get her after completing the first part of that side goal. Once you get her you pull her out of the cellar and give her a manual and two hours later she will give you a couple items that you can use for the quest (:

I haven’t given her the last one yet either because I’m afraid she will disappear

I am on step 5, and having trouble after crafting the fools goose, tracker kit, soft net and the manual.

I made them but when I collect them, they seem to disappear.

I've made 3 of each them (5 of the manual) , they're not in the Barn or anywhere else - where do they go?

I don't want to press gift until I know where they are otherwise I'll probably end up spending gems.

Please help.

Confused!? The side goal of beagle house gives a beagle for gems? So confused sorry.

Also, where do you get the parts for the book?? It says Gus...... Gus? The beagle? I must be getting super confused.
