Once our special event of collecting Leaves has ended, you should be able to use them in the Breeding Den.

Why the leaves are still in my storage? Is that the reason cause the Equinox and Falling leaf cannot use in the breeding Den?

I will check to see why they are not not showing up in your breeding list.
