Yes, you have to finish the event to get the $1.99 package with the Card Challenger, which is basically the Card Warrior that we have been battling.

The additional 'locked by goal' craft is just a placeholder for if S8 ever wants to use it for something else.
It doesn't mean anything else is coming alas. (more craft event buildings have this)

The gifts are nice, but it would be preferable to have issues like the constant, silent "rollbacks" addressed. I may not finish this event because once again I had a rollback after an Ivy collect. This is the second rollback for this event. When events would let us miss 3-4 Ivy collections , or there was an adventure that would drop one, it wasn't such a big deal. Annoying, but not a serious impediment to finishing. Now that we have an event where you must spend $ to make up for rollbacks, it's awful. I can't always play for 15-20 mins every time I log in! Sometimes I log in just to collect from a time limited item!

I have been having a horrendous amount of rollbacks as well. I thought that perhaps it was because I am Level 50 with a lot of stuff. However, my grandsons also play Castle Story. I am visiting them now. They are Level 15 and Level 17. They are experiencing the rollbacks as well. It is tough when you lose something precious.

I have never seen the wheels in the Elven Outpost. I really wish they would put it in there. I am maxed out also. Have been for a year.
