I have unlocked the one day Envoy to the Plume Hive in my Queen's Court, and my knights are already out on their adventure, but it is still locked by goal in my Barracks. This is happening on my main device where I did not update with the new icon, and my secondary device where I did. I think the evil pink pony may be messing with you guys.
This Adventure doesn't unlock in the Barracks at the same time, it unlocks in the Queen's Court and King's Keep. Envoy to the Plume Hive won't unlock in your Barracks until you've completed the goal "And We're Off... Again!". Hope that helps!
