I can't find it in the app store, some of my neighbors can't either, I have the iPhone 4, anyone know why we can't find it??

It has not been released in the US app store yet.

I'm not so sure TL are the ones to blame, like kooky panda said, it's the US App Store that is taking so long to release it. I don't know how much power TL has over the App Store so give them a little break.

I can Google it, but it comes up in the Canada iTunes Preview. I click open in iTunes and it doesn't work.

Just checked US Apple and still NO Halloween version!! Halloween is in 2.5 weeks, geez!!
