Neo Bubble is breedable it seems. Purple & Blue, Common,10 hours breeding time.

Must say I am very unhappy with one aspect of these Tales and that is mining for Magpie feathers, why because I had already crafted 2 with 0 spare parts in storage and now I am going to have spares. I know that I could use gold to skip these but that is not going to happen.
