I'm sure this reply won't be popular with S8, but the longer the 'glitch' lasts, the more Naga traps get sold at 10 gems each.
Considering the amount of glitches that have been happening regularly for the last several updates, and the recent changes that have been made after other quests, it is very hard not to be skeptical about why the fix is taking so long. I wish I didn't feel suspicious, but I do.
As for me....no fix means no dragon. I won't be buying 15 plus Naga traps in order to complete this one.
And I am also getting dire boars from ponds now rather than Nagas. Still waiting for chapter 6 and no hero's whatchamacallit yet.
ETA: I'm at least getting Nagas from ponds again. AFTER saying on here that I wasn't. Gotta love irony and coincidence.

After the bait and switch with the beastbane display, I will not be spending any gems on a second dragon. The last gems I will ever buy were the ones I bought for the beastbane. One dragon is enough, thank you. Especially at 500 gems for a dragon that probably only drops scales!
Done with chapter 4 and waiting for chapter 5 to start. Only doing the tasks when prompted. So far no glitches (fingers crossed that it stays that way).
Since people are having so much problems with the nagas, I have decided to park a beast on the edge of my kingdom to prevent the nagas from being spawned after I craft the sword in chapter 5. Hopefully this gets me through chapter 6 without any problems.
Issue with the Nagas has been fixed. You should be able to spawn them again. We are still working on fixing players who already completed the Dragon Stone Ritual craft before reaching the last task in Chapter 10. You will not need to obtain the items you used to do this craft again so no worries!
I'll update the thread again once the second issue has been fixed, thank you guys so much for your patience!

I have Nagas spawning again. Happy Dance. I can see why people are skeptical. I had lost at least 250 gems to the gem trap with collecting, but I see that that has been fixed. I still can't save gems to save my life, because if I get ahead of myself, I lose. I do see that this forum has expressed problems and concerns, and this one has been fixed. ❤️
