[iOS & Android] New Login feature in Limited Games!

I play Farm Story on my android phone. My phone died but I know my id and password. I couldn't find a login option on Farm Story so I filled out a support form almost 24 hours ago and got the automated reply. Just wondering if there was anything I can do or just wait for support to get back to me. TIA

You can using one of the other games shown in post 1 ( except Restaurant story ) .

I'd played Bakery Story, Restaurant Story, Castle Story, Fashion Story, Dragon Story, etc. for a years. And i stopped playing for a while.
Now I'm back for BS, RS, and CS. When I logged in to transferred the games, I've found that my Restaurant Story doesn't come back like others.
All of progress is lost (My level is 99 T^T) and it can't be logged in.
I'd tried in multiple devices and results were all the same.

What should I do ?

If you use an apple device (and you played on an apple device before), please log into the game center to try and retrieve your RS game. You may need to restart your device after logging in.
If you play on android device, please submit a support ticket so an agent can assist in recovering your game.

To log back into Game Center, please follow these instructions on your device:

1. Device Settings (little silver cog icon on your device)
2. scroll all the way down to Game Center
3. tap Game Center and login where it says Apple ID.
4. Restart Restaurant Story.

I have sent a request to Storm8 as having problems transferring FarmStory. It has been about a week and I have not heard anything more from them they gave me a ticket number. #2218315. I have tried every way to transfer the game but to no avail. I no longer have the old device. Where do I go from here. ???

Hi received message from Agent Flynn. My I.d is dekp. (Hogfather, farm name) I think I had between () gems but unsure as did not pay much attention to total. I.d on new device is also (). Hope this helps. Thx Derek

I have a new ipad and want my storm8 games from my old ipad to the new one.
ON my old ipad I saved the games to the game center. But, in ios10 (On the new ipad) there is no game center anymore..

I tried to download bakery story and want to follow the information in step 1.
But in this bakery story there is not find that information as it show on the pictures in step 1
