I had to chop a gift box to get it to register as having placed the box. Neither the one from my inventory nor the one I crafted registered when I placed them, and I placed the one I crafted immediately.

One of my nbrs had gifted the ribbon to me which i foolishly accepted before even opening the quest and it for ticked off...cnt request for any now...*sad face*

Hey guys! I think I found the issue with the task to place a Gift Box, and am working to get the fix tested and pushed out.

In the meantime, that task should still work if you place the Gift Box received from the Mystery Gift Box craft - however, you must place the Gift Box immediately after the task completes. Do not store the item first, as that may cause the task to not complete.

Too late! That's exactly what I did. I guess I'll be waiting on the fix.

Don't know if this has already been posted ,but I got the holiday ribbons and jingle bells from the barons tent too, in my gift account.so yay to those who use their 3 free cabbages,but for those who have the cabbage hut ( my main account ) we miss out on the chance to get those free stuff

The 2nd craft completed the goal for me. Immediately when collected, I placed it & the popup came up as completed. Ya!!!

I got the gingerbread house for my first mystery decoration. Quite festive. Now it just needs to have a witch start living in it to lure in some of those orphans.

The prize gift didnt register when placed but the crafted one did.
