You have to send plane orders to try and get shears!
Shears are used like you use a saw.

You can keep them as a decoration or sell them for thirty dollars but you cannot store them in your cellar.

In over 40 deliveries, I've only gotten 2 shears!!!!!

It costs 100 dollars to plant a tree but you can only sell a fully grown tree with coconuts on them for 30? this is one messed up farm economy...
