I'm having trouble collecting from Kaz's house, I collect, the game loads then I have to collect again. I'm playing on a IPAD, I've forced close, deleted the game, reloaded the game, it still isn't letting me collect.

Is anybody else having this issue?

I am too...tried to collect about 10 times. I kept shutting down and re opening and no change. I finally put Kaz's house in storage and then replaced on the board...have to wait another 8 hours to try and collect again

Try closing out your game before collecting to see if you still have the issue.

I've done all the usual things too...won't let me collect

I will go ahead and report this over. I just collected from mine after closing out the game and experienced the same issue.

I was experiencing the same problem but was able to collect from it when I closed out of the game and reloaded it.

I'm also having the same problem with game loading when collecting from Kaz's house, tried loads of times.

Tried resetting game and device, clearing cache and reinstalling. Also have latest iOS update.

Well, it didn't last! When I returned to the game after posting, it was ready to collect from again. It appears to be looping.

We're looking into the sync error issue with Kaz's Abode.
