That's funny. I tried the carriage too! I think it's odd that the items in the bundle are not for sale in the featured section also,cuz usually it is. Oops! To stay on topic...I've gotten value pack offers several times and don't recall them being called updates. As for the arch, that hardly qualifies as an update either imho. Will this week be yet another disappointment? I'd rather be told there is no update at all.
I started playing in March last year, and was so looking forward to the Valentine's update this year.
