That pink button is for you to skip the task, same as other pink buttons in other goals. It does not give you the Rainbow Stable or required items. It only helps you to skip the task.
To purchase the Rainbow Stable, you have to click on the [GO] button in the goal screen, which will redirect you to the Market or you can purchase it directly from the Market.

I have gone up levels from sending out the deliveries, was low level for quests but now high, I don’t have all the buildings, what will happen if I don’t have a building required for the higher level quest, I am just a little concerned as we are progressing it could potentially happen
So I’m guessing we won’t get a sale on the rainbow stable..

Just finished this part of the goal...I had a few stuff in the dehydrator. Mostly cause I was bugged with the price drop and didn?t bother to get them since my shop was full. Initially took a while to get the first green horseshoe...but then they seemed to drop at decent rate after that.
