Gift list:

Tap ACCEPT and then you can GIFT BACK. When you tap gift back it takes you to the Gift Menu where you can scroll thru and return the same gift or choose another to send.

Tap DECLINE and the gift & neighbor disappear from the list.

Gifting the same item to all your neighbors
Main Menu>Social> neighbors>gift>choose gift from gift list>send gift to all neighbors you have check off. Remember to Tap send.

If you gift cappuccino, you're gifting 500 coins quickly. Best of the food gifts.
If you gift brownies, you're gifting 200 coins slowly. Worst of the food gifts.
Croissants are 400, chocolate cake is 350, and hot chocolate (buried behind the basic parts) is 400.

More about Requests

Received Requests from your neighbors are found at the bottom of the gift list.
Tapping ACCEPT automatically sends it to your neighbor. It does not come out of your inventory.

Send Requests
1. Some goals require you to ASK for an item.
Within the goal tap ASK, your neighbor list will pop up and you check off what neighbors you want to send your request to.

Requests same item different goal
Please note that even though you may have requested & received the items previously from neighbors - these items do not carry over to fulfill the requirements of future Goals.
You need to ask your Neighbors for the item again to fulfill the requirements of the New Goal.

2. Items that you Build and need parts for
Once purchased you receive a box. Tap on the box to see the requirements. Tap Ask and your neighbor list will pop up and you check off what neighbors you want to send your request to. Remember to tap SEND

3. Since you can receive only 20 requested items, it is advised to ask only those neighbors that you know will accept your request.

Goals: The Clipboard in the top left corner. Tap. It is a list of goals available to you and disappear when the goal completed or expires.

It is possible to have more than 1 goal for the same Edition on your goal list.
also possible to have more than one Edition of goals available at the same time.
Example:
1. I was working on the Classic Bread Edition Goals and reached Level 12 when
2. SweetCo Goals appeared and the
3. Royal Tea Limited Edition Goal (update June 5,2013)also appeared.

Limited Edition Goals expire at a preset time. Although you may get the goals you may not be able to complete it. Lack of coin being the main reason.
You may choose not to do the Limited Edition Goals they will be removed from your goal list when they expire. Does Not affect your access to Future Goals.

*Some Goal Editions you may need to be at Level 8 others at Lv.10 or higher.
Reason for that is, the appliance or food is only available upon reaching certain levels.

Some Goals are just goals. Rewards Coins & Experience points only.

Sometimes there is an extra Award for completing a Goal, or all the goals, in a Specific Goal Edition.

Meaning of ?

ADD: accept a friends request to be a neighbor or send invite to friend using Main Menu>Social>Invite Friends
The invite must be accepted for it to count

Ask, Collect from, Gather or Obtain: all mean
Requesting items from your neighbors to complete a task
and then wait for it to arrive. Requests are separate from gifts.

You can receive up to 20 requests per day & not all neighbor devices receive goal requests.
It helps to know what device your neighbor is playing on.

BUY an appliance/decoration: you have to buy and place, on your shop floor, for the goal to complete

*Some items you will build from parts in your inventory or requesting parts from neighbors;
others items need you to do the goal in order to unlock the appliance/decoration & then build/place the item.

Build an appliance/decoration: tap the top left corner not the hammer, then place the box in your shop.
Tap the box to find out what the requirements are.

Have an item: counts the ones on the floor plus any in storage
If you do not have enough
you will have to buy or buy/build. complete the build and then place it on your shop floor, for it to count towards the goal.

LOCKED BY GOAL

There are appliances, decorations, recipes that you see with the GOAL icon across them.
They are unlocked by doing the related goals.
Items related to current goals are available to you if you do the goals.

Some are from Limited Edition goals that have since expired and no longer available.

These will remain in your menus, since there is no way (at the moment) to remove those items without affecting those that did the goals to receive them.
