I finished the event and waited for the grove to mature after 8 hrs . The ad and info here says there is a guarantee of trade tickets but so far only had 2 blue stars. When do trade tickets start?

My fire panda has only dropped bamboo straw 1at a time and never has dropped leaf underwear and the pandas in the warrior tent are locked by goal,.
The bamboo Grove didn?t drop anything first time around....?...?
