PLEASE HELP! How do i transfer my old account without a email

If i have to use a email i guess i will, but i forgot my coin amount.(i know my gem amount)
I know my storm8 id and pass but i tried everything and none of it is working!

What i previously did before was put in both of my serial numbers for my ipods, but now i got a new one. (i've been playing for a while)

Do you have the link where you did that? Serial number thing

I am not sure where the UDID transfer link went.
The last time I used it, it was not working.

You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games.

If you no longer have your old device, I would advise using the storm 8 transfer so your storm ID and games are removed from your old device.

If you still have your old device, you can play your games on both devices by using the login feature (For IOS/will be available for android later in the week, not offered for kindle fire)

New Logon on Feature

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.
