    Unfortunately kooky panda may be the only way we get any answers. I have a feeling they might do this with the other games too. Oops! I meant no updates or answers on the other games too.

    I guess you guys aren't aware of the major outage for many parts of the world right now. I'm sure all of TL employees are trying to figure out why all these players have not been able to access their games for over a day now. Just check the "updates and Announcement thread" and you'll see all the posts on the thread about the games being down for many, many players.

    We had that happen yesterday and it was fixed in a relatively short period of time.

    Hey guys, as meme stated there has been a huge issue with the games since yesterday so I am sure the CMs are busy working with the team on this.

    There are still some players that have not been able to get into their games since yesterday

    I am trying to see if updates are coming this week. I will let you know if I heard anything.

    I feel really bad for all the other players, and there appears to be lots of them, who are still experiencing problems for over 24 hours now. Hope it gets worked out for them soon.

    I'm very aware. I was one of those players. As I stated before my husband is an IT specialist & according to him TL has had more than enough time to fix that problem.

    I wonder if the Black Friday/Thanksgiving sale will start on Thursday. I know a lot of stores are doing that, maybe TL is too? This would explain why our update is pushed back since it's only 2 days. Does anyone remember what day it was last year?

    I don't recall if we got a regular update during the week of Thanksgiving last year or not. Updates may have still been on Thursdays back then so the Black Friday sale may have been the only update that week.

    Just a general comment about updates being "on time." On time is when TL decides to release an update. Those of us who have been playing for 2+ years remember when update day was Friday and then Thursday and now Tuesday. It can (and probably will) change at any time. Just because we've gotten used to getting an update every Tuesday doesn't mean we always will or that TL "owes" people an explanation when the update doesn't come out when people think it will. The amount of new content we get and the frequency is awesome. A week off every now and then isn't a bad thing. :-)

    It started just after midnight 12:00 A.M. on the Friday after Thanksgiving.
    Also one (buyer beware) note some items last yr started at higher gem rate then decreased within hrs. TL did a big oops. But refunded the over paid gems to players.

    So my advice wait a few hrs after the release before buying just in case TL has another oops. Although I doubt they want that headache again. Thousands of e-mails to sifer through..throughout all games. To get it straightened out.

    Also save your confirmation e-mails on your gem purchase. Then a list of what you buy and for how many gems for what games. Just in case.
