Sapphire dragon goal keeps popping up every 10 secs

Is there anything I can do? It's rendering the game unplayable

It just popped up while I was collecting coins and registered my click - not on the habitat but on the pop-up that appeared suddenly and now it's taken over 100 gold through no fault of my own.
