No connection with Farm Story, then several decorations disappeared!!

Hi guys! Tonight I was unable to enter into my farm. I got the message: " This game is a onlinegame...etc After a couple of hours it worked again. First I was happy, but then I recognized all missing stuff on my farm. Empty space here and there. All my waterwheels are gone, my rabbit "villa" and stuff down the beach I payed real money for. I guess it must be some kind of technical problem, but please, I do want my stuff back! Anyone here with similar problems? Do anyone know what to do in this case? I love playing this game, but now I need help, but how? Is there a costumer service? Thanks in advance for your help! ♥ Marina (ID: MarinaChicken)

The games are back up now. If you can't find your items either in the place they were, or in storage, try restarting your device, or deleting and reinstalling the game (your progress is saved). If they're still not there after that, email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID, what's missing, and if possible a screenshot of your items (if you had taken one before).
