    Question Help - I completed a collection no Jack Russell

    Hi completed a collection and it offered me the jack Russell and said collect now. I said yes but it never appeared. When I look at collections it says its done.
    Anyone know how I can get it? Thanks

    UM make sure you're playing the most recent version. Check your phone for a software update. Uninstall and re-install game. that's about as much as I know. I've never had problems like that.
