Drink Upgrade

I just started playing so this may be a stupid question, you know on bakery and restaurant when you make food the food level goes up 1, 2, 3 and 4. does the drinks in nightclub do that? I dont see a place where you can see it progress?

I believe you start seeing this once you hit game level 8.
