    Can't complete theatre without lvl 22 paste

    Can TL please do a fix on the Theatre... Currently able to buy it at lvl 19 but now I can't complete it. Says it needs Architects Paste which is locked until lvl 22. Shudnt have to wait 3 levels just to finish a building right?

    Thx to MHz for my response. The higher lvl requirement is currently part of the game challenge.
