Well you can get them buy using the discovery chest in "enchance" (or something like this) but only for real money..

Discovery chest is 24 gems and there r different things in it. You might get a villa, ranch house, rabbit, arch, patio table, etc.

each time you go in box it is 24 gems. random items- you cannot pick.
no you cannot gift these items to neighbors...
