dancing at other people's club?

I'm new to this game, level 13.. and i was wondering how come some people in the community have a ton of little pink dance figures and how they got so many. is there something you can do to attract more people to dance at ur club?

As you level up and your happiness meter goes up( the smile icon at the top) you will get more customers.
So an example would be a person with a 100 rating would have more clubbers where as a person with 20 or 50 would have less.

These are dances from other players. Getting more nbrs and visting other community members and posting that your danced at their club, will help more players to come dance at yours.
