Do we only get one final price oven? Or do we have the oppertunity to buy more?
Because only one oven wont do it for me.

You only get one prize appliance. There is no opportunity to buy more. Because you only get one of them, it's extremely difficult to master the recipes because you need at least three or four appliances to reach levels 2 and 4 which are the gem earning levels. I only finish through part 3 of the 5 day goals when the prize is an appliance. No sense in completing part 4 just to get a single prize appliance.

I have two slots in my restraunt for echo appliances, whatever the goal dish is (be it 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, or 10 hours) I just make dishes on the echo appliances that line up with that cook time. On their own sure the echo appliances shouldn't reach the gem reward levels but if you weave them in over time it starts to make progress.

Also i love the variety of dishes i get. I strongly prefer echo appliances as rewards to decorations, most of which i'll never use. some of which i can just buy in the store already.

I know not everyone likes echo appliances, but I do- even if i own the original appliance echo appliances often have their own mastery levels so it's 2 more gems over time. <3
