I did sent the email message, it happened again today but no gems return me when i try 5 pony no addeed gems but then i try last one pony it add 15 gems, . Very tired of it when it happened to me only

Yea I harvest and i saw I received gems, then i log out and back in saw no gems add, i harvest last one pony I received 15 gems still there but 5 pony gave 75gems gone, it took off 75 gems no add back like it was. I already contacted s8 no response yet, i hope they fix the game so I don?t have any that problem later.i close the game even deleted and redownload but nothing new happening
Can you tell me by the way i contact them through the link in this forum, are they received my letter yet? Because they not emaill and said they already received and wait for fixing it,, or i have to wait till next yeat to fix it because they off until new year

Would be good next time you collect take a screenshot of your gems just before you collect and right after you collect and then you can include those to Storm8.
I am sure there is likely limited staff during the holidays.

Thanks judy, now every week harvest pony have to email s8 to credit gems for me😂 hope they return my gems plus fix it be4 I harvest the next one, so they don?t confuse which week have done yet lol
