Maple trees are supposed to give us both the syrup and leaves, right? I'm only getting syrups so far

I'm getting maple leaves so far... my bed and breakfast is stopped because I need only one syrup, I collect now and I get 2 leaves

This quest is taking a while...usually by now there are some super speedy people who are selling off ingredients in the newspaper but I haven't seen one syrup or leaf anywhere.

I think, judging by the graphic, that you won't receive the coins and stars. The glade itself was the prize for completing the 6 goals...this seems to be an additional side goal (kind of like the one that was needed to get the baby donkey skins). I might be wrong, though.

I wasn't thrilled to see another event so soon but this is advancing pretty well so far. Very tempted to gem ahead at times but I'm trying to resist. My pets are proving to be a good distraction - I discovered they are holding secret meetings in the far corner of the farm behind a windmill. I have surveillance evidence as you can see. Those easter chicks have been troublemakers from the start, I tell you!

Agree with Pookiebear, not completing this particular goal should not affect your Glade since it's already in your cellar.

True, I haven't seen the ingredients but I'm seeing now many finished maple products being sold. Yeah, this event seems to drag a bit, I guess there is nothing we can do but wait for collection and many cannot progress to next stages because they either need that 1 syrup or leaf. When I was at the stage that required leaves, I got only syrups but then on the nest stage when I need syrups I only get leaves now
