Purchased Gems and the game stole them.......... for the 2nd time

I just purchased 22 gems for 99 cents. I refilled my energy and used one lightning bolt. I lost the level went to play again and the game said something about a refresh and to click 'ok', after I clicked 'ok' I had 0 lightning bolts. I dont know how to get in contact with the game owners besides this forum. If anyone else has had this issue and resolved it can you please tell me how you contacted a live rep. Thank you.


BTW this is the second time this has happened but the first time it mentioned a refresh. The last time this happened I just used one lightning bolt and the game took the rest.
