can't expand any more

I'm on Level 200 and can't expand any more. I have already expand to the Maximum.
I'm waiting since 3 or 4 weeks with a Dragon in Nest to place it, but I have no Habitats and no more room to place another one.
I would like to buy Dragans, which are on sale, but I can't place them.
Now I should evolve my moss Dragon within 3 days to Level 11 but I have no Habitats to place it.
What shall I do?
I Need very urgent more room!!!
Should I stop this game in Level 200?????????
Could anyone help me?
