    Angry VIP Subscription

    I would like to register a formal complaint regarding the VIP Gem subscription. I paid for this expecting to get what your advertised description stated. Which was gems on log in for 30 days. You have added a feature where you do not only have to log in daily but go into the gems screen daily and collect you gems or you miss out on what you have paid for regardless of whether you logged on and played or not. No other game company has this sneaky feature designed to keep gems that have been payed for from their players. Change this immediately to award me and other players the gems we've paid for. It's unethical not to provide what's been paid for. Please respond appropriately as I'd rather not have to take this matter further unless absolutely necessary. Regards.
