they are daily. Sometimes rarely you might get a major drop of 50+ energy.
The armoured Ali's are great even though their daily drops were changed, they are still my favorites.

I have been trying to search the threads for the above quest but cannot see anything as it may be quite a while back.
I still have the above quest but am I right in thinking you don't actually get anything for this trade?
I don't really want to waste 3 gold troll tokens if you don't!

I like my unicorns too. They're dropping some energy plus some tokens. The verdict is still out on the golden peacock tho. All I've gotten so far is eggs. Not sure if I'll get more than one.

Got my golden peacock on first day.. Today is the first day I got a gold nugget ,thinking I'm only making the one..

How were their drops changed, and why are they so much cheaper than the purple Ali?

been collecting from the unicorns daily [i have 2 of them] since the last monster hunt and NOT ONCE got a gold token

Max on the glimmers is 40.

ok. I tap too fast sometimes, so it's hard to keep up with drops.
The armoured Ali's still have good drops of silver, jewels, armor(I think), but I used to get mithril a lot more often than I do now, almost every day. It's more of a rare drop now. At least it seems that way to me, but it could be because I'm needing more of it now than ever before. It's "when I need it, I can't find it" effect.
Adding: I love the Hub. Just read where armoured manticore drops mithril. Went to collect and got one. YES!

The Golden Peacock has a chance to drop: Eggs, Roast Chicken, Jewels, Seeds, Glimmerdust, Golden Eggs, Golden Nuggets, and/or Golden Apples.

I've collected 3-4 times and have only seen eggs and seeds so far. No golden eggs, nuggets or apples. It is pretty though.
