This is the first tournament I've played that had water element on every level.

I've had a very bad trot with tournaments this year. I will try yet again but as soon as 2 ultras are beaten by babies I'll give up. Good luck everyone

FINISHED with time to spare - only 15 losses. This is my best result in 12 months during which time I've been unable to finish most of the tournaments in time allowed due to repeated losses. Perhaps odds are improving though I'm still convinced that as long as right element is used, getting a critical hit rather than a strong is at least 60% luck.

I'm not sure that it matters if your fighters are Ultra Rares as long as they have the right elements to beat your opponent. I could be wrong, though. I know some people also recommend only using high level fighters, but I'm beat things with babies before as long as the correct elements were used.

I asked a similar question before - We have seen more and more recent Super Rare animals on feeding Schedule E (like Ultra Rare animals). I wonder if Super rare animals on Schedule E can be more powerful than Super rare animals on Schedule D during battle tournaments. If not, it only makes much sense if there are other advantages.

This is my take on the fighting power of fighters. Yes, theoretically, the probability of landing critical hits increases with using 1). the right elements; 2) high level; 3) higher rarity. However, it also depends on your level and the line up of your fighters. If you are at advanced levels and have a lot of ultra rare animals, Storm8 will make it hard for you to beat your opponents. I recently opened up a new account and noticed that you can beat the opponents no matter what you use initially. The difficulty increased as my level advanced and I have more powerful animals. I guess the difference between Ultra Rares and Super Rares/Rares won't be obvious when you have 50 ultra rare animals.
