New iPad, lost progress

I just got a new iPad, and I used Bakery Story to log into my Storm8 account. My Castle Story game opened properly, but my Candy Blast Mania did not. It still has me at level 2. I tried logging out and re-logging in, and that didn't help. i tried deleting the game and reinstalling and it didn't help.

Please tell me what to do.
