Oh no, I should have read this thread before starting the adventure. Nothing but dust.
Last time, the adventure dropped whisps, so I thought it will drop star stones now...but there ist just dust!

Well, on my second game I started this event with almost nothing in the way of mermaid scales. I had been making a lot of enchanter's essence. It seems that S8 have chosen this moment to just about turn off the mermaid scales drops from ponds. Perhaps I should have bought the mermaid pond while it was on sale. Anyway after a day of collecting from multiple ponds as often as I could I'm still short of the scales I need. The last 20 pond collections have resulted in me getting just one mermaid scale. How annoying, think I'll go back to following the main storyline on my second game so I can get to the new mermaid / aquantha tasks.

Surely something must be wrong with the adventure. It is called ' Quest for starstones' and it takes a GOLD NUGGET,a star shard and a lot of energy and money to aquire the compasses just to get 1 dust returned, and no one has gotten any starstones. Time is ticking. Is this being worked on?

I agree. The cost of the adventure is so out of proportion with the return. Wish I had checked the boards before doing the adventure.

The adventure is definitely a fools' errand. I've sent one out every 4 hours since last night and always get 1 Celestine dust. I'll let you know if things change. This is puzzling.
