Crashed last second during leaderboard

I hatched a penumbra 25 hour rare in the last 30 seconds of the leaderboard. It showed I had 20,076 points bringing me to 2nd place. But then my game crashed and reset. When I went back in the game, it rolled me back to 19,886 and down to 3rd place (other person has 20,006). Because of this crash, by the time the game reloaded, leaderboard ended and I lost the Sun dragon and silver. Very upset bc I won, then lost bc the game crashed. Please help!
