This event is insane. It takes forever to make wisps and get expansion permits and I already bought the starter. I just finished part 1 and have hardly any coins left. I'm never t spending more money to try to finish an event. I'm over this game.

This is NOT a timed event but a long term addition to the storyline. Remember how long it took to get to Thurston, or Sabrina. Or the infamous Sister, Sister. It's easy to get caught up in the rush to finish after the back to back to back short timed, near impossible events we've been bombarded with.

It was in an expansion plot in the Northern area of the game board.
