Logging in with different device / Have a new device

Hello, I recently got a new iphone. Is there a way to recover my previous FFS game without starting over?

If you play on android or IOS you can transfer your storm ID and games over to your new device. Please see the instructions on post 1 of the

New Logon on Feature Thread.

If you are trading , selling or giving away your old device, I would advise sending an email to support@storm8.com and ask them to remove your storm ID and games from that device.

If you have issues transferring yourself, you can email support@storm8.com and they can transfer your games.

How long does it take to transfer your game to another phone?

I broke my old phone (Which I mainly played fantasy forest story on) so now I have to transfer it to my main phone. I sent a email almost 5 hours ago (4 hours and 30min) and they replied and asked me to send them full information the whole (What level are you, how many gems/gold and so on) but after that I never got an email... does this mean they need more information or did something go wrong.
I'm sure they are busy but they did reply right away after sending the first email so I'm a bit worried and curious :/

Hey there! Thank you for your patience! The initial transfer response allows you to provide more information for them to use. It may take support 3-5 days to reply as they work through the ticket volume. I'll let them know about your transfer inquiry.
