Like my title says, I no longer have the option to watch videos to earn tickets. Was that taken away?

It seems as though I'm blocked from Storm8 support. Will not accept my log in details.

Players are not blocked from submitting forms. You will need to register and set up a user ID and password.
Tap sign in in top corner and you set up a new account.
